This policy describes how whosin.rsvp (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the service.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Event activity. The events you join or leave, and when.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the service: to identify you, show event rosters, and manage each event’s waitlist.

What is public

Your name and profile photo appear on the roster of each event you join, along with your status and waitlist position. Anyone with the event’s link can see the roster, including people who are not signed in. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run the service on our behalf.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account exists. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email support@whosin.rsvp.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
