Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use whosin.rsvp (“we”, “us”). By signing in or joining an event, you agree to them.

The service

whosin.rsvp lets people sign up for events with limited spots. When an event is full, new signups join a waitlist and move up automatically, in order, when spots open. The service is free.

Events

Events are run by their organizers, not by us. We keep the signup list; the organizer decides everything else about the event, including whether it happens. Signup closes at the time shown on each event, after which you can no longer join or leave.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• Sign in with your own account and don’t impersonate anyone else.
• Don’t interfere with the service, for example by signing up automatically or holding spots you don’t intend to use.

We may remove a signup or an account that breaks these terms.

What others can see

Your name and profile photo appear on the roster of each event you join. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No guarantees

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aren’t responsible for events themselves, or for losses caused by the service being unavailable or showing incorrect information.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
